On the standard toolbar, click "customizing local layout" (beside the question mark button) or press Alt+F12. Then select "Quick cut and paste". With this option, you can copy text by just highlighting it using the mouse and pasting it with right click.

You have written out what you need to do quick copy and paste into SAP. However, sometimes we need to copy some text from the Internet, convert it to another format and still not lose formatting. There are a number of special quick copy and paste services that will easily do this for you. Sometimes difficulties can arise with PDF files. However, you can copy the text from them. Such services do not require a special installation and therefore work in all systems. You do not have to search for a different versions for Windows and Mac.
